An opportunity is available for a Travel Pharmacist to provide inpatient pharmacy support at a hospital in Berlin, NH. This role offers a chance to work within an acute care setting serving diverse patient populations including ICU, Labor & Delivery, Medical/Surgical, and Emergency Departments.

Position Details:

• Location: Berlin, NH
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00/7:30 AM to 4:30/5:00 PM, 40 hours per week
• Rotating weekends every third weekend, Saturday/Sunday 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM
• ASAP start preferred
• This facility utilizes Meditech for electronic medical records and Omnicell for automated medication dispensing
• NH offers temp/fast licensure to eligible candidates, facilitating rapid start

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately verify and dispense inpatient medications while ensuring compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
• Independently manage pharmacy operations during weekend shifts
• Collaborate closely with healthcare teams across critical care, maternity, medical-surgical, and emergency units to optimize medication therapy
• Utilize Meditech and Omnicell technologies to support medication distribution, documentation, and clinical decision-making

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years hospital pharmacy experience required
• Proven ability to work independently, especially during weekends
• Familiarity with Meditech electronic health record system is preferred
• Experience with Omnicell automation is an advantage
