The Powder Coat Painter prepares and coats metal fabrication, industrial equipment, and mixed-material products, ensuring consistent finishes, accurate color matching, and compliance with quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for powder coating.
• Set up coating equipment and operate spray guns.
• Apply powder coatings to metal fabrication, industrial equipment, and mixed-material products.
• Match colors accurately and maintain consistent finishes.
• Perform masking and plugging before coating.
• Inspect finished work for quality and proper coating thickness.
• Follow applicable safety procedures and maintain a safe work area.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in powder coating.
