Job Description They key responsibilities of the Electro-Mechanical Technician will be:
- Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Install, maintain, and repair production equipment, tooling, and auxiliary machinery to ensure optimal operation.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance and document maintenance activities accurately.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
- Calibrate, test, and validate equipment performance to meet operational and quality standards.
- Support production teams during equipment changeovers, setup, and adjustments.
- Identify root causes of equipment failures and recommend corrective actions to improve reliability.
- Assist with equipment upgrades, modifications, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally with engineering, quality, and production to resolve equipmentrelated issues.

The Successful Applicant The successful Electro-Mechanical Technician will have the following:
- Associate degree or technical certification in ElectroMechanical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field (or equivalent handson experience).
- 3+ years of experience in an electromechanical technician, maintenance technician, or related role in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of motors, gearboxes, sensors, relays, pneumatics, and control systems.
- Basic understanding of PLCs and ability to assist with troubleshooting (is a plus).
- Proficiency using hand tools, multimeters, and other diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to read schematics and interpret technical documentation.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
