Job Description

IQVIA seeks a Principal-level leader for its Market Access Technology & Solutions division to oversee gross-to-net services delivery for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients. The role combines financial modeling, application implementation, stakeholder management, and team leadership across US-based and distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal owner of client delivery, ensuring satisfaction and quality outcomes throughout engagement lifecycle
• Create and manage gross-to-net forecasting models and balance sheet reserve processes using datasets on rebates, chargebacks, and patient assistance
• Lead implementation projects for IQVIA's proprietary GTN application and transition to operational steady state
• Provide strategic direction and thought leadership to clients and internal teams on market access challenges
• Mentor delivery staff and build organizational capabilities in gross-to-net services and solutions

Requirements

• 10+ years professional experience in consulting or pharmaceutical industry with demonstrated career progression
• Bachelor's degree minimum; MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred
• Deep expertise in pharmaceutical supply chain, distribution channels, and contracting models
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, SQL, and financial modeling for gross-to-net forecasting
• Experience with GAAP revenue recognition and accrual accounting practices; CPA preferred
• Proven track record leading distributed teams and developing talent
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, GTN platforms, and software development lifecycle
